The art of restoring cars is far from being lost from the newest generation of enthusiasts. This video proves it.
Tom Cotter, host of Hagerty's Barn Find Hunter YouTube series, finished his trip from Texas to McPherson, Kansas in this latest episode. But before donating his sweet wagon to McPherson College to help out its car-focused curriculum, he stopped by a few of the student's project storage units to see what they were working on.
Among the projects currently underway include a second-generation Datsun 510, an all-original Ford Falcon wagon, a Bugeye Sprite in need of a full repaint and assembly, a Ford Cortina awaiting an engine swap from a Miata, and a Crosley hot rod sitting on a Dodge truck frame with airbag suspension and a big V-8 engine. All equally cool in their own ways. Car culture is alive and well. Don't let anyone tell you differently.
